Christmas Refund policy
Rojo Shoes will offer an exchange on unsuitable products that are returned to us within nine working days after Christmas day. All products should be returned in the same condition they were received in and original packaging, to be eligible for an exchange only.
Returns
You have 9 Days to return your purchase for an exchange or refund. We offer free UK returns at Daniel Footwear. You just need to call our returns line to arrange a collection.
We ask that you return your purchases back to us in the condition and the packaging you received them in. Once we have received the goods back we will either exchange or refund the product in full. Daniel Footwear does not refund postage.
