Christmas Delivery

•    We will guarantee Pre-Christmas delivery on orders placed on our Next Working Day service until 11 noon on  the 23rd December 2013.

•    We will guarantee Pre-Christmas delivery on orders placed on our UK Standard (2-3 working days) service until 12 noon on the 19th December 2013.

•    Orders placed up until midnight on the 9th of December 2013 on our International service will arrive in time for Christmas.

Delivery Information

Our couriers will be delivering from 8am until 9 pm Monday to Friday. A signature will be required upon delivery so, to avoid delays, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. We don’t want to miss you!

Christmas Returns

Rojo Shoes are extending their exchange period and will offer an exchange on unsuitable products that are returned to us within nine working days after Christmas day. All products should be returned in the same condition they were received in and original packaging, to be eligible for an exchange only.
